CHANGING BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Email us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment time. Considering each others’ time is something we really value. Please note that you must give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment or you may incur a cancellation fee. All appointments will be charged at full rate if less than 24 hours is given to change or cancel the appointment time.
If you need to cancel and have given at least 24 hours notice, a full refund will be issued to you OR you can keep your consult fee in credit and re-schedule via email.
While charging cancellation fees is our least favorite form of income, we feel it is necessary because we make our time available to you as soon as you make an appointment. As soon as your appointment is made, we exclude that time from being available for others. We keep a waiting list for patients in urgent need and we do not want them to miss out. Some people are in a lot of pain and would greatly benefit from knowing when an appointment becomes available. So please consider us and your fellow health cultivators if you are not going to be able to make it to your appointment. Send us an email as soon as you know you need to make a change.
